Warranty

  1. NFS warrants to the original purchaser all components for a period of 10 years, from date of shipment, with the exception of upholstery and foam which is warranted for 3 years. The warranty covers normal use. Material that is damaged on site by cutting or hitting an object is excluded.  Special care should be taken when unboxing our products, do not use a knife.
  2. NFS warrants to the original purchaser that all parts will be free from material defects. NFS will repair or replace, at its option, any unaltered components.
  3. Warranty is limited to a forty hour, 7‐day work week and 300 pound weight limit.  See individual chair descriptions for any deviations to weight limits.  Use of our chairs at any auto dealership 100% voids warranty.
  4. Warranty is limited to replacement or repair in the contiguous United States and does not cover cost of dealer transportation or labor.  Photos of warranty issue may be requested.
  5. Warranty for concealed damage must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt of product, to ship to address noted on PO.  Delayed unboxing or assembly/installation will be at risk to Dealer/end user.
  6. Warranty does not cover chairs getting dirty, stained or damaged by chairs coming in contact with sharp objects/ sharp edged furniture.  Small wrinkles in leather/nappa/mesh/fabric are normal and can be expected.
  7. Chairs shipped in leather/nappa/mesh/fabric upholstery may be different from one another due to different types of material color lots.  Pilling of upholstery or changes in colorfastness to materials, due to aging, exposure to light, direct sunlight, soiling, stains, abrasion or other materials, is not a covered warranty item.
  8. NFS shall not be liable for loss of time, consequential or incidental damages from any product defect.
  9. There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than those specifically described. Dyes from jeans and other clothing may transfer to upholstery, especially lighter colored upholstery.  This is a problem with all manufacture's products, not just NFS chairs.  Leather/nappa/mesh/fabric upholstery staining from dyes or other sources of stains, isn't a warranty item.  Keeping any leather/nappa/mesh/fabric lighter colored upholstery perfectly clean, during use, is difficult.  While we offer recommend cleaning for all of our various upholsteries, we cannot warranty that every stain from customer use will be able to be removed.  Please consider the above inherent issues with various upholsteries, when placing your orders.
